Asian Beef Salad
Preparation
- Slice the meat into strips and sauté in a hot pan, then set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic clove and the chili.
- Mix all the ingredients in the lukewarm water.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- To serve, mix the seared meat with the vinaigrette.
Note : You can mix with heart of lettuce, herbs (basil, mint, coriander, etc.), and grated carrots, beets, etc.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 200g of beef
- 3 tablespoons of “SIROP DE LIÈGE“, “Topping” Original or Cherry
- 10 cl of lukewarm water
- 10 cl of nuoc mam (Thai fish sauce)
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1/4 red Thai chili
- 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
