Pancakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Cook like pancakes, but make them smaller in the pan (or on a griddle for speed).
  4. Generously drizzle with “SIROP DE LIÈGE”!

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g of flour (or 125g of wheat flour and 125g of chestnut flour)
  • 30g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 65g of melted butter (or 65g of coconut oil)
  • 300ml of milk
  • A pinch of salt.
