Pancakes
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cook like pancakes, but make them smaller in the pan (or on a griddle for speed).
- Generously drizzle with “SIROP DE LIÈGE”!
Ingredients for 4 people
- 250g of flour (or 125g of wheat flour and 125g of chestnut flour)
- 30g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 65g of melted butter (or 65g of coconut oil)
- 300ml of milk
- A pinch of salt.
