Asian Beef Salad

Preparation

  1. Slice the meat into strips and sauté in a hot pan, then set aside.
  2. Finely chop the garlic clove and the chili.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the lukewarm water.
  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. To serve, mix the seared meat with the vinaigrette.

Note : You can mix with heart of lettuce, herbs (basil, mint, coriander, etc.), and grated carrots, beets, etc.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200g of beef
  • 3 tablespoons of “SIROP DE LIÈGE“, “Topping” Original or Cherry
  • 10 cl of lukewarm water
  • 10 cl of nuoc mam (Thai fish sauce)
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 red Thai chili
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
