Pumpkin Pie

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until a smooth liquid is obtained.
  3. Place the dough in a mold and prick it with a fork.
  4. Pour the mixture into the crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

For the impatient ones : this tart can already be enjoyed warm…

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
  • 400g of pumpkin puree (*)
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g of sugar
  • 65g of “SIROP DE LIÈGE
  • 30g of cornstarch
  • 25cl of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom flavor

(*) For convenience (speed, less waste, etc.), consider using frozen pumpkin (in cubes). Simply microwave the cubes, let them cool slightly, and add them whole to the blender.
