Pumpkin Pie
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Blend all the ingredients in a blender until a smooth liquid is obtained.
 - Place the dough in a mold and prick it with a fork.
 - Pour the mixture into the crust.
 - Bake for 35-40 minutes.
 
For the impatient ones : this tart can already be enjoyed warm…
                        Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
 - 400g of pumpkin puree (*)
 - 4 eggs
 - 100g of sugar
 - 65g of “SIROP DE LIÈGE“
 - 30g of cornstarch
 - 25cl of heavy cream
 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon of orange blossom flavor
 
(*) For convenience (speed, less waste, etc.), consider using frozen pumpkin (in cubes). Simply microwave the cubes, let them cool slightly, and add them whole to the blender.
